Film Insert Molding

Film insert molding is a process where a film and resin are fused together within an injection molding mold (via bonding or welding), creating molded products with decorative surfaces.
We can integrate various film functions such as printed text and designs, "hard coating", "AG (anti-glare) ", "AR (anti-reflective)", and "fingerprint resistance" into three-dimensional molded products.

Large Display 3D Cover

Utilizing PC thick plates, we offer silk printing, vacuum pressure forming, and cutting services for sizes up to 1200 mm x 640 mm.
Compared to traditional glass, this product offers the following benefits: [Three-dimensional bending capability] [Easy drilling] [Reduced parts count] [No injection molding required]

Film Insert + Two-Color Molding

Our unique process combines: [High-quality design achieved by eliminating character level differences] + [Beautiful transparency and smoothness, with no light leakage].

By reducing the number of individual processes and the need for clear coating, this approach also contributes to cost reductions.

Special Fine Printing

We can now recreate submicron-level intricate designs that were once impossible with traditional silk and offset printing.

Appearance Switch

The surface design changes based on the backlight status: Backlight on (transparent) to reveal the design, and Backlight off (opaque) to hide the design.
When off, the pattern blends seamlessly with the surrounding design, and when activated, the backlight reveals the hidden switch. We can accommodate a wide range of patterns, including [metal, wood grain, white, and black] along with [film insert molding].

Paintless Piano Black Molding

By utilizing Heat & Cool molding, we create high-quality, decorative molded products with a piano black finish, all without material adhesion or paint.
Other advantages include [seamless molding even in complex shapes with many holes], [reduced warping] and [retardation prevention through stress relief]. In addition, we employ patented methods from two companies, allowing us to respond flexibly to a wide variety of shapes and designs.

Special 3D Printing

Through special 3D printing, we can reproduce a rich sense of "depth", "dimension", and "texture" in jet black. The appearance of the pattern changes depending on the viewing angle, providing a luxurious and immersive experience. By combining [Special 3D printing] + [Film insert molding], we create decorative parts of superior quality and refinement.
